Act 1. [ Part 1 ]
Begin...
It was a late evening in Memoria Village, lit lanterns lining the paths, many of the stalls closing up for the night. The diurnal residents were getting ready to settle down, while the nocturnal Pokemon were getting ready to head out. You were at the Golden Orchid Guild, the building that rested atop a tall cliff, overlooking the village that was both settling down and coming alive.
As usual, the Guildmasters had provided a wonderful feast for all of you to rebuild your energy, and as a reward for your efforts. Now, you were in the main area, entertaining yourselves until you went to sleep. Whether you were sat alone, with teammates, or resting with the other Guild members after a long day, your relaxation was soon interrupted by the arrival of the Guildmaster’s partner, Tundra.
He briefly looked out across the area until he spotted you, dipping his head.
TUNDRA
Ah, there you are!
He called you over, waving a paw in gesture.
TUNDRA
Sorry to interrupt, but Guildmaster Nevermore would like to see you in his office before you settle in for the night.
TUNDRA
Now, now, before you get too worried or confused, I assure you, it’s nothing bad at all. Quite the opposite, in fact, but that’s all I’ll say on the matter. Nevermore will explain the details.
The Lucario then guided you to the Guildmaster’s office, knocking on the door to signal your arrival, then pushed it open and stepped aside to allow you to enter. As you entered the office, he followed behind you, moving past to stand by the Corvisquire’s desk, observing quietly. Sitting behind the desk, the guildmaster remained perched. He seemed to beam at you, as was expected of him, and he held out a wing.
NEVERMORE
Greetings, greetings! Thank you for stopping by, it is a pleasure to see you again! I expect Tundra informed you that I wish to speak with you, if you wouldn’t mind?
